Terms & Conditions.
The terms governing your use of the Bellevue Shuttle website and transportation services. By using our website or booking a ride, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully, and contact us with any questions.

Accepting these terms
Welcome to Bellevue Shuttle. Your access to and use of this website (the “Site”) and our transportation services is subject to these Terms & Conditions. By using the Site or booking a ride, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please discontinue use of the Site.
Permitted use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. Any unauthorized or unlawful use — including infringement of intellectual-property rights, fraudulent activity, or anything that disrupts the Site’s operation — is prohibited.
Scope of this agreement
These terms govern the booking of airport shuttles, group transportation, and private car service through Bellevue Shuttle, and any other transactions carried out through the Site. They make up the entire agreement between you and Bellevue Shuttle and supersede any prior understandings related to the Site and services.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep information on the Site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete or error-free, and we may correct or update it without notice.
Questions about these terms? Email info@bellevueshuttle.com or call (425) 749-5888.
Who can book, and account basics
Bellevue Shuttle provides an online platform for booking airport shuttles, group transportation, and private car service. All bookings are subject to these terms.
Who may not use the service
You may not access or use the Site or services if you cannot form a legally binding contract under applicable law, if you are under 18 years of age, or if your access has been suspended.
Prohibited activities
- Unauthorized access. Attempting to reach other users’ accounts or the Site’s administrative areas is forbidden.
- Malicious activity. Do not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code that could impair the Site.
- Fraud. False bookings, deceptive activity, and misuse of payment information are prohibited.
Account & security
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current information and you confirm you are at least 18. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately. Creating and keeping an account is free of charge, and you may deactivate it at any time.
Making a booking
When you book with Bellevue Shuttle, you can choose your vehicle class and, where offered, an optional gratuity.
Estimated fares
Any estimated fare is based on the most efficient route and typical traffic. Your final fare may differ due to traffic, the route taken, wait time, tolls, parking, or a return trip.
Confirmation & dispatch
Once your booking is confirmed, a vehicle is scheduled for your pickup. You’ll receive an email confirmation with your trip details, and a text confirmation where a mobile number is provided.
Airport reservations
Bookings to the airport are valid only for the date and time specified; bookings from the airport are valid for the date specified. Bellevue Shuttle is not responsible for missed flights or unused reservations caused by customer error. Changing a pickup or drop-off location may change the rate.
Airport pickups
Curbside (“will call”) pickup: after collecting luggage, call the number in your confirmation and dispatch will direct you to your driver, where curbside pickup is permitted by the airport. Meet-and-greet: for an additional fee, your driver meets you in baggage claim with a name sign and assists with luggage to the vehicle.
Last-minute reservations
A short-notice reservation is any booking made less than two (2) hours before the requested pickup time. We’ll try to accommodate these, but we cannot guarantee availability or on-time arrival for them.
Fulfilling a short-notice request depends on pickup and drop-off locations, current vehicle and driver availability, and traffic or weather conditions.
Book at least two hours ahead for guaranteed service. If we can’t fulfill a short-notice request, we’ll let you know as soon as possible and offer alternatives where available.
No-shows & cancellations
Travel plans change. This section covers what happens if we can’t locate you at pickup, and the cancellation timing needed for a refund.
No-show (abandonment)
A no-show occurs when your driver arrives at the pickup location but cannot locate you and cannot reach you at the day-of-travel number you provided. Drivers wait a reasonable period (typically 10–15 minutes) before marking a reservation as a no-show. In that case, the reservation is treated as completed, the full fare is charged, and no refund or credit is issued.
To avoid a no-show, be at the pickup location at the scheduled time, keep your day-of-travel number reachable, and tell us in advance about any delays.
24-hour cancellation
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable and the full fare is charged.
Extra charges that can apply
We aim for transparent, flat-rate pricing. Depending on the trip, some additional charges may apply.
Tolls, taxes & surcharges
Unless stated otherwise, tolls, taxes, and certain fees may not be included in the quoted fare. If not prepaid, you are responsible for road/bridge tolls, airport surcharges, and applicable state or local taxes incurred during the trip.
Flat-rate airport transfers
Our private, non-stop airport transfers in a sedan, SUV, or van are quoted at a flat rate at the time of booking and guaranteed unless the reservation is modified. Added stops or route changes may result in additional fees.
Extra stops & wait time
Additional stops on an airport or point-to-point trip may add a charge based on location and mileage (extra-stop fees don’t apply to charters). Wait fees may apply when a driver must wait beyond the grace period due to customer delay.
Ferry, parking & cleaning
Routes requiring a ferry add ferry costs; necessary parking incurred while waiting is billed to the customer; and excessive spills, stains, or damage may result in a cleaning fee.
How and when you pay
To secure a reservation, full payment is generally required at the time of booking so the service can be confirmed and scheduled.
Accepted payment
Payments can be made using major credit cards, debit cards, or other approved methods through our secure booking system. Charges are refundable only under the terms in our cancellation and refund policy.
Authorization for additional charges
By providing your payment details, you authorize Bellevue Shuttle to securely retain your card for applicable additional charges, which may include tolls and surcharges, extra-stop fees, wait fees, ferry fees, parking fees, and cleaning fees. A receipt for any additional charges is emailed after the trip.
Payment security
All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway. We do not sell or share your payment details with third parties.
ID checks on larger fares
To protect customers and prevent fraud, Bellevue Shuttle may request a valid government-issued photo ID for reservations with a fare total exceeding $200. The ID must match the name and payment details on file.
Acceptable ID
- Driver’s license
- Passport
- State or national ID card
- Military ID
If a customer cannot or will not provide matching identification, Bellevue Shuttle reserves the right to decline service, and the reservation may be canceled without a refund.
Vouchers
Company vouchers
A company-issued voucher is a form of payment and must be presented at the time of payment. If the ride costs more than the voucher value, the difference is due; if the voucher exceeds the fare, the difference is not refunded. Vouchers are valid for one year from issue (or the printed expiration, whichever is first), cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and do not by themselves constitute a reservation — you must still book.
Third-party vouchers
We allow certain partners (travel agents and aggregators) to resell our services. Those providers set their own voucher terms, which do not override these terms. Refunds, changes, and billing issues on third-party bookings must be handled through that provider.
Corporate & direct-bill accounts
Bellevue Shuttle offers direct-bill and corporate accounts for frequent travelers and businesses, allowing authorized users to book and receive consolidated billing.
Booking options
Approved account holders can book online with a corporate login, by phone with our team, or in person at designated pickup locations.
Billing
Accounts are invoiced after completed rides with an itemized statement. Payment terms are typically Net 15 or Net 30 days. Late payments may incur fees or temporary suspension.
Credit approval
Establishing a direct-bill account requires a credit application and approval. Accounts must remain in good standing; Bellevue Shuttle may modify, suspend, or terminate direct-bill privileges for non-payment or misuse.
Promo & discount codes
Valid use
- Discount codes apply only to bookings made on bellevueshuttle.com and must be entered at the time of booking.
- Codes are not valid on third-party bookings and are generally not eligible on phone reservations.
Restrictions & expiration
- Codes cannot be combined with other promotions, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
- Each code may carry its own terms, such as a minimum fare or usage limit, and must be used before its expiration. Expired codes are not honored.
Bellevue Shuttle may modify, suspend, or end any promotion without prior notice.
Confirmations & receipts
Email confirmations
After a successful booking, you can receive an email confirmation with your pickup and drop-off, date and time, service type, and fare breakdown. Please review it and contact us about any discrepancy.
Airport & in-vehicle receipts
For rides booked at the airport or directly with a driver, it is the customer’s responsibility to request a receipt at the time of service. Drivers can provide a printed or digital receipt on request.
Duplicate receipts
Need a copy of a past receipt? Contact customer support with your booking details; retrieval is subject to our records and processing time.
Changing a booking
How to modify
You can change a booking by contacting our team at (425) 749-5888 with your reservation details, or through your account where available. Any fare change or additional fee is shown before the change is confirmed, subject to availability.
Cancelling
To cancel, contact customer support or use your account; you’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation.
Changes during peak periods or holidays may incur additional charges due to demand. Modifications and cancellations are subject to our cancellation and refund policy.
Refund policy
Refund eligibility
Full refund: issued when you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup.
Non-refundable: cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup, and no-shows, are charged the full fare with no refund.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within a few business days (excluding weekends and holidays). The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
Refunds on corporate accounts
For corporate accounts, approved refunds are entered into our billing system for disbursement. Where refunds are issued by check, checks are typically prepared and mailed on a set weekly schedule.
Refund checks are mailed to the address the account holder provides. If the address is incorrect or changes after submission, it is the account holder’s responsibility to notify us promptly to avoid delays.
Seat belts
Safety is our priority. All Bellevue Shuttle vehicles are equipped with working seat belts, and passengers must wear seat belts for the duration of the ride, as required by state law.
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children comply with seat-belt and child-restraint laws. A driver may decline service or end a trip with no refund if a passenger refuses to wear a seat belt after being asked.
Passenger & luggage limits
Seating capacity
Our fleet ranges from sedans to shuttle buses, each with a designated seating capacity based on vehicle type and safety regulations. Please confirm your party size when booking so we can assign the right vehicle.
Luggage
Luggage allowance is based on available cargo space. Oversized or excessive luggage (large suitcases, sports equipment, extra bags) may exceed a vehicle’s capacity and require a larger or second vehicle at additional cost. Please tell us about extra or special luggage at booking.
Safety
Every passenger must be in a seat with a working belt; overloading beyond a vehicle’s rated capacity is not permitted. The driver may adjust or decline a reservation if seating or luggage exceeds safe limits.
A smoke-free fleet
Smoking is prohibited in all Bellevue Shuttle vehicles — including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. Use of illegal substances is likewise prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
A driver may decline or end a trip for a violation. Customers who smoke in a vehicle may be charged a cleaning fee to restore the interior.
Accessible rides & service animals
Bellevue Shuttle is committed to accessible transportation. Where available, we offer vehicles that can accommodate mobility needs, and passengers traveling with service animals are always welcome at no additional charge, in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
If you need specific assistance or an accessible vehicle, please tell us at the time of booking — and as early as possible during peak periods — so we can arrange the right accommodation.
Riding with children
Booking for children
Please indicate the number of children when booking so we can provide adequate seating. Children may not ride on an adult’s lap; each child must have their own seat with a working belt, as required by law.
Child safety seats
If your child is under the age or size that state law requires a restraint, you must provide an approved child safety seat. Bellevue Shuttle does not supply car seats; the parent or guardian is responsible for bringing and properly securing one.
If proper seating or restraints are not in place at pickup, Bellevue Shuttle may decline service without a refund in order to comply with safety laws.
Unaccompanied minors
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult for the entire trip. Bellevue Shuttle does not transport unaccompanied minors.
Drivers may decline service if a minor is unaccompanied. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervision and for providing accurate emergency contact information.
Traveling with pets
Pets
Non-service animals must be booked in advance and, with the exception of service animals, transported in an appropriately sized, well-ventilated, enclosed carrier. Larger pets may require a larger vehicle for adequate space. Owners are responsible for their pet’s behavior and for any cleanup.
Service animals
Service animals are always permitted in compliance with the ADA, with no carrier required. Please note it when booking so we can plan for space.
Your responsibility for booking details
By submitting a reservation, you confirm that all details — pickup and drop-off, dates and times, contact information, and passenger count — are accurate and complete. Bellevue Shuttle is not responsible for errors made by customers while booking.
Please review your confirmation carefully. If you spot an error, contact us at least four (4) hours before pickup to request a change. Costs resulting from incorrect information you provide — additional fares, wait fees, or last-minute rescheduling — are your responsibility.
Delays & weather
Bellevue Shuttle cannot guarantee exact arrival or drop-off times due to factors outside our control — heavy traffic, severe weather (snow, heavy rain, fog), road closures, detours, accidents, or security delays. We are not liable for delays caused by these external factors.
When significant disruptions occur, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers by phone, text, or email. Please allow extra time for airport and cruise transfers, and monitor your flight and local conditions. Bellevue Shuttle does not reimburse costs from missed flights or connections caused by uncontrollable delays.
Lost & found
If you think you left an item in a Bellevue Shuttle vehicle, contact customer support at (425) 749-5888 as soon as possible with a description of the item, the date and time of your ride, your pickup and drop-off, and your contact information.
If we locate the item, we’ll arrange retrieval; you’re responsible for pickup or shipping costs. Unclaimed items are held for a limited period. Bellevue Shuttle is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in our vehicles — please keep valuables with you.
How pricing works
Prices shown for services are estimates or comparative rates and may not reflect the prevailing rate in every location on a given day. Your quoted flat rate for a confirmed booking is the price that applies to that trip.
We make every effort to display accurate pricing. In the event of an obvious error or mispricing, we may contact you to confirm the corrected fare or cancel the booking; Bellevue Shuttle is not obligated to honor incorrect pricing caused by technical errors. Rates may change over time based on demand, seasonality, and operating conditions.
Updates to these terms
Bellevue Shuttle may modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates take effect when posted on the Site, with the “last updated” date revised accordingly, and for significant changes we may also notify customers by email.
It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the Site or services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Changes may affect booking, cancellation, and refund policies, pricing and fees, or safety and compliance provisions.
Our intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and trademarks — is the property of Bellevue Shuttle or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You do not acquire any ownership beyond what these terms expressly grant.
You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative or competing works from our content, software, or systems. Unauthorized use may result in legal action, and Bellevue Shuttle may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Using and changing the website
Bellevue Shuttle may change, enhance, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site or its features at any time, with or without notice — including features, pricing display, booking tools, or content.
Bellevue Shuttle is not liable for inconvenience, loss, or damage resulting from such changes, or for downtime and technical issues due to maintenance, updates, or external factors.

All copyrights and trademarks related to the Site are owned by or licensed to Bellevue Shuttle. Content is provided for personal, non-commercial use; you may not publish, distribute, or reproduce it without written consent, except to download or print portions for personal use.

Indemnification
By using the Site and services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bellevue Shuttle, its affiliates, employees, agents, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and legal costs arising from:
- Your breach of these terms or our policies.
- Misuse of the Site, booking platform, or transportation services.
- Any violation of law or of a third party’s rights.
- Your negligence, misrepresentation, or fraudulent activity.
This obligation continues after you stop using our services.
Fraud prevention
Bellevue Shuttle uses security measures to detect and prevent fraud, including unauthorized card use, misrepresentation of identity, chargeback fraud, and use of stolen credentials.
Where fraud is suspected, Bellevue Shuttle may cancel the booking without notice, suspend or ban the account, pursue recovery of losses, and report to law enforcement and financial institutions.
If you believe your account or payment information has been compromised, contact us immediately at (425) 749-5888.
Equal service for all riders
Bellevue Shuttle provides service without discrimination. We do not deny service based on race, ethnicity, or national origin; sex, gender identity, or expression; sexual orientation; religion or creed; disability or medical condition; age; or departure point or destination.
We comply with applicable nondiscrimination laws, including the ADA. Passengers needing accessible transportation or service-animal accommodations receive equal service without additional restrictions or fees. Report any concern to our customer service team, and we’ll investigate promptly.
How our drivers conduct themselves
Zero tolerance
Bellevue Shuttle enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. Drivers must not consume or be under the influence of alcohol or impairing substances while on duty; violations lead to immediate disciplinary action.
Professional conduct
Our drivers follow all traffic and safety laws, communicate courteously, present a clean and professional appearance, and never engage in discrimination or harassment.
Experienced a safety or conduct concern? Contact customer support at (425) 749-5888. We take every report seriously.
Disclaimers & limits on liability
The Site and digital services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, and security against malware.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellevue Shuttle is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site or services, or from technical failures, cyber threats, or reliance on third-party content.
Exceptions
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or willful misconduct, or for any liability that cannot be limited under applicable consumer-protection law.
Confidentiality
Information obtained from Bellevue Shuttle, its partners, or customers — including customer data, pricing, business operations, and proprietary technology — is confidential. You agree not to disclose, reproduce, or commercially exploit it, or to use customer data for unauthorized solicitation.
Bellevue Shuttle maintains compliance with applicable data-protection laws, and may pursue legal action for breaches of confidentiality.
Text alerts & one-time passcodes
Shuttle alerts (SMS)
Bellevue Shuttle may send transactional text notifications about your reservation — booking confirmations and reminders, “driver en route” updates, and arrival alerts. A profile with a valid mobile number may be enrolled automatically. Messages are transactional and sent in compliance with the U.S. TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act.
- Opt out by text: reply STOP to any message.
- Help: reply HELP, or contact support at (425) 749-5888.
Bellevue Shuttle provides these alerts free of charge, but your carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
One-time passcodes (OTP)
Where we use one-time passcodes for verification or account security, we send them only for a stated purpose (such as account verification or transaction authorization), keep them concise, set a short expiry, and protect them with appropriate security measures.
No waiver of our rights
If Bellevue Shuttle does not enforce or insist on strict compliance with any provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. Any waiver must be made explicitly in writing to be valid, and no waiver is implied from conduct, silence, or past practice. Non-enforcement of one provision does not waive any other provision or future breaches.
Governing law & other terms
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Washington State.
Entire agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Bellevue Shuttle regarding their subject matter. Bellevue Shuttle may update them at any time as described above.
Assignment & severability
Your rights under these terms are non-transferable. Bellevue Shuttle may assign this agreement at any time. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
By continuing to use our website and services, you accept these terms.
If you need clarification on any section above, or you have a specific situation you’d like to discuss before booking, our customer support team is happy to walk through it with you.
