Cruise embarkation has more moving parts than an airport drop-off — the pier opens at a set time, all-aboard is a hard cutoff, and luggage drop is a separate stop. We handle the choreography.

Pick your pier, pickup city, vehicle, and sailing date. Share your ship name and all-aboard time, and we’ll quote a pickup that lands you at the pier 2–3 hours before departure.
Pickup time verified
We check your pier and ship against current schedules. If your sailing has an unusual all-aboard or a pier shift, dispatch flags it before final confirmation. Email and text confirmation follow.
Door-to-pier service
Your driver arrives 5–10 minutes early, loads luggage from your door, collects any additional stops en route, and drops you at the correct terminal luggage area — not a generic curb.
Disembarkation monitored
For round-trip bookings, dispatch tracks your ship’s arrival. The driver heads to the pier as your disembarkation group is called, with 60 minutes of free wait built in for customs and luggage.
