Built for cruise travelers

Luggage and groups, handled properly.

Cruise trips bring more bags, more people, and more variables than a typical airport run. We handle both in ways built specifically for cruise travelers.

Luggage handling

Bags from your door to the pier.

Cruise luggage is heavier and more numerous than airport luggage. Our drivers are trained to handle it, and our pricing builds it in.

  • Up to 2 large suitcases + 1 carry-on per passenger included
  • Additional pieces accommodated on request
  • Driver assistance from your door to the vehicle, and curb to pier luggage drop
  • Oversized items (golf clubs, mobility devices, garment bags) welcome
Multi-stop pickups

One vehicle, multiple addresses.

Families and friend groups don’t always live at the same address. We route a single vehicle through several pickup points — much cheaper than separate bookings.

  • Up to 3 pickup addresses on a single booking
  • A small per-stop fee — versus a full separate fare
  • Optimized routing by dispatch to minimize total travel time
  • Vehicle matched to total group size, not individual pickup

What to expect

Four steps from booked to boarded.

Cruise embarkation has more moving parts than an airport drop-off — the pier opens at a set time, all-aboard is a hard cutoff, and luggage drop is a separate stop. We handle the choreography.

01
Book

Reserve with sailing details

Pick your pier, pickup city, vehicle, and sailing date. Share your ship name and all-aboard time, and we’ll quote a pickup that lands you at the pier 2–3 hours before departure.

02
Confirm

Pickup time verified

We check your pier and ship against current schedules. If your sailing has an unusual all-aboard or a pier shift, dispatch flags it before final confirmation. Email and text confirmation follow.

03
Pickup

Door-to-pier service

Your driver arrives 5–10 minutes early, loads luggage from your door, collects any additional stops en route, and drops you at the correct terminal luggage area — not a generic curb.

04
Return

Disembarkation monitored

For round-trip bookings, dispatch tracks your ship’s arrival. The driver heads to the pier as your disembarkation group is called, with 60 minutes of free wait built in for customs and luggage.

Disembarkation day

The return trip is where most cruise shuttles fail.

Disembarkation is unpredictable — customs queues, baggage delays, weather. Anyone can drive you to a pier; few do the return well. Here’s our approach.

Ship arrival tracking

Dispatch monitors your ship’s docking status from arrival through customs. Your driver is sent only when your disembarkation group is realistically clearing the pier.

60 minutes of free wait

One full hour of complimentary wait is built into every return trip. Customs delays, lost luggage, slow disembarkation — all absorbed without an extra charge.

Text updates at every step

“Driver heading to the pier.” “Driver arrived.” “Driver at the pickup zone.” You’ll know exactly when to come out — no scanning the pickup lane.

Designated pickup zone

Both Pier 91 and Pier 66 have specific pickup zones for pre-arranged transportation. We meet you there with your name on the windshield — not in the general taxi queue.

Cruise questions

Answers for cruise travelers.

Common questions about timing, luggage, pier assignments, and the return trip. For more, see the services FAQ.

What time should I arrive at the cruise terminal?
Most cruise lines recommend arriving 2–3 hours before departure. For Pier 91 (Smith Cove), boarding usually opens around 11am–12pm with all-aboard at 3:30–4pm. We quote a pickup time based on your specific sailing — typically 3–4 hours before all-aboard, factoring in your pickup city and Saturday I-5 traffic.
How does luggage handling work?
Our drivers handle all luggage from your door to the pier’s luggage-drop area. Two large suitcases plus a carry-on per passenger is included as standard, with additional pieces available on request. There’s no extra fee for cruise luggage — it’s built into the flat rate.
Which pier does my cruise line use?
Pier 91 (Smith Cove) serves Princess, Holland America, NCL (most Alaska sailings), Royal Caribbean, and Celebrity. Pier 66 (Bell Street) serves NCL (some sailings), Oceania, and smaller lines. We confirm the correct pier when you book — never assume based on cruise line alone, since assignments can shift mid-season.
Can you do multi-stop pickups for travel groups?
Yes. We can pick up at 2–3 addresses across the Eastside on the same trip — common for families and friend groups. Additional stops are a small per-stop fee, far less than separate bookings.
Do you handle disembarkation-day pickups?
Yes. Return transfers are scheduled at booking, and our dispatch monitors ship-arrival status. Most cruises disembark between 7am and 10am; we quote a pickup time based on your ship, and drivers wait 60 minutes free if disembarkation runs late.
What if my cruise is delayed or cancelled?
For embarkation delays, we adjust your pickup at no charge with a few hours’ notice. For cancellations, a full refund applies with 24+ hours’ notice. We can also arrange hotel transfers if your sailing is rescheduled by the cruise line.

Set sail without the pier-day stress.
